What started as a dream and vision for Chef Kavachi Ukegbu has quickly become a reality that is both innovative and exciting to behold.
The little girl that got her Nigerian food rejected because it was unknown has risen unashamed, proudly and without reservation to present the West African staple, fufu to the world.
The Art of Fufu book is introducing you to fufu, its different types, along with soups and methods of preparation. The book is a perfect blend of West Africa, art, food, and storytelling to get everyone that comes across it into the kitchen. A literary work that lets you build a connection with West African cuisine.
